Annual inspections
A service of greatest value to absentee landowners, annual inspections
include:
- Checking the legal description and assessment per acre
- Checking the ad valorem tax and reporting on when next payment is due
- Inspecting the perimeter of the property and reporting on the condition of boundary lines and any evidence of trespass or adverse possession
- Inspecting the timber conditions and reporting on any management activities needed
- Report on the approximate current stumpage rates in the area, and a recommendation as to whether and why a sale would be desirable at this time.
