Tom
Carignan is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Forest Management, and is a member of Gamma Sigma Delta
honorary fraternity for students in natural resources. Born in 1960, Mr.
Carignan has worked as a logger, as a field technician for the U.S Forest
Service and two prominent consulting firms, as a consultant to the U.S. Forest
Service, and as District Manager for James Vardaman Co. He is married and
has five children.
Mr. Carignan is a member of the
Association of Consulting
Foresters, the Society
of American Foresters, is a
Certified
Forester®, and is licensed to practice forestry in Alabama, Georgia,
and Mississippi.
